Job description
24 Hour Fitness in Walnut Creek is seeking a Temporary General Manager to lead the club to achieve ambitious membership, revenue, and operational targets while delivering an outstanding member experience.
You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, adherence to safety and budgets, build community relationships, and ensure peak hours alignment (9:00 AM–7:00 PM or 10:00 AM–8:00 PM) to maximize profitability and service quality.
