Temporary Sr. Admitting ClerkThe University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking three candidates for a Temporary Sr. Admitting Clerk for the College of Dentistry. This position is not benefit eligible.ResponsibilitiesThis position will manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk of the College of Dentistry:Cashiering duties and daily deposits.Patient registration, create charts and collect required documentation.Customer services-answering multi line phones.Scheduling appointments.Front facing integrations with patients, students and staff members.Hourly rate starting at $17Office hours will be M-F, on one the following schedules:8am-5pm7:30am-4:30pm7am-4pmQualificationsThe successful candidate must have a High School Diploma. Computer proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Must have excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills and can multitask.
