nEmprime is a property services company specializing in providing high-quality operational and staffing support to residential communities. nThis role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.
nResponsibilities:
nSupport leasing activities and daily property operations
nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
nCommunicate effectively with team members, residents, and management
nPerform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
nRequirements:
nStrong work ethic and high level of reliability
nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
nProfessional demeanor and strong communication skills
nPunctual, organized, and detail-oriented
nFlexible schedule
nAbility to travel between Hoboken, Chatham, and Fair Lawn (approximately 25–50 minutes between locations depending on traffic)
