Temporary Machine OperatorType: TemporaryPay Rate: $20Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pmLocation: Midland, TXPerks Offered401 (k) with a company matchKey Responsibilities:Program set-ups for the machine to runFill out the logbook on a daily basisEnsure that production requirements and standards are met consistentlyEnsure the quality of the product with every batchSet up the dropper to drop in specified increments as stated on the signed data proofClear jams at the dropperKeep all products in numerical orderReplace any torn carriersClean belts with waterGeneral maintenance of equipmentAll other job duties as assignedEffectively communicates instructions to the Manufacturing AssociateQualifications:Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExcellent communication skillsBasic math and reading skillsMust be able to read and understand written and verbal instructionsAbility to work independently and with othersPrint experience preferredAbility to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods of timeXPDEL, Inc. is committed to an inclusive workplace that does not discriminate against race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
