Temporary Payroll Specialist

Join a growing organization seeking a Temporary Payroll Specialist to support a growing payroll team. This role partners closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, benefits administration, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing for a large employee population
Audit payroll data, timekeeping records, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Partner with A&F team on payroll reporting, reconciliations, and tax filings
Administer benefits deductions and support open enrollment activities
Maintain employee data integrity across payroll and HRIS systems
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve payroll operations
Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
Multi-state payroll experience
Experience with ADP a plus, but not required. General strong understanding of common HRIS systems.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
