About This Role
The Temporary Seasonal Emergency Department RN at South Bay Medical Center provides professional nursing care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

**Pay:** $70 - $74/hour
**Location:** Harbor City, CA
**Facility:** South Bay Medical Center
**Schedule:** Full Time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Understand and escalation issues as appropriate within the team.
Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience: Experienced level position
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in California
