Officers will provide a visible security presence and help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and property.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine patrols of the facility and grounds.Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems.Control access to restricted areas.Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents and emergencies.Monitor for suspicious activity and report security concerns.Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations as needed.Follow all site security policies, procedures, and post orders.RequirementsSecurity experience preferred.Must be reliable, alert, and able to work assigned shifts.Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of age.Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.Successful completion of required background check and drug screen.Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills.Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.Dependable and punctual.Immediate start available pending successful completion of required clearances.
