Temporary Services: Patient Access Rep-Clanton AlabamaThe Patient Access Rep plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient interactions within the healthcare facility. This position involves managing patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins, as well as providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. The Patient Encounter Specialist collaborates with various departments to coordinate patient care and ensures accurate documentation of patient encounters. Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out process, customer service, collaboration, and documentation. Hours needed are Thursday - Saturday - 9:30am - 10pm, Sunday - Tuesday - 5:30am - 6pm. Location - Clanton.
