Job description
Davidson College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry) beginning July 1, 2027. A Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field is required, with expertise in analytical methods and mass spectrometry.
The appointee will teach CHE 220, CHE 320, CHE 115 and select electives, and promote inclusive classroom learning. The position supports a vigorous undergraduate research program with startup funds and a personal lab in a new interdisciplinary science
