Job description
The Department of History at the University of Alaska Anchorage invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of History with a specialty in East Asia and the World. The position includes teaching three sections per semester, including the East Asian Civilization I and II surveys and upper-division East Asian History courses.
A PhD in History with emphasis in East Asian history is required; a specialty in Modern East Asian History is preferred.
