Job description
The University of Tampa invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Composition to begin in August 2027. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D.
in Rhetoric and Composition, Writing Studies, or a related field and have experience teaching in undergraduate writing programs. The teaching load is six courses per year, primarily in Academic Writing, with opportunities to teach in the English and Writing core and in Spartan Studies general-education curriculum.
