Job description
The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Real Estate.
We seek candidates in applied economics, finance, or related fields who can contribute to real estate economics/finance or urban economics, with a strong commitment to teaching. Ph.D. by June 30, 2028 is acceptable; expected appointment start date is July 1, 2027.
