Job description
San Diego State University’s Department of Dual Language and English Learner Education seeks to hire a tenure-track assistant professor with expertise in Spanish-English biliteracy. The candidate will lead biliteracy initiatives, teach biliteracy credential courses, and advance research and equity across campus and community partners. By August 2027, the appointee should have a Ph.D.
or Ed.D. in Education or related field, with a strong research portfolio and a commitment to serving multilingual
