Job description
Sonoma State University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing/Poetry to join the English Department. The position carries a 30-unit annual load, including 6 units of service and 24 units of instruction for BA/MA programs, with responsibilities spanning undergraduate/graduate workshops and gen-ed courses.
Required: MFA in poetry, a published poetry book, and a track record of publication in magazines; university teaching and literary magazine editing experience are essential.
