Job description
Wake Forest University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of German, as of July 1, 2027. The candidate will teach first- and second-year German language courses, as well as literature and culture classes in German and English, and maintain an active research program. Required is a Ph.D.
in German or related field and native or near-native German; ABDs may apply. Prior teaching experience and study-abroad involvement are welcome.
