Job description
Middle Tennessee State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Psychology (Industrial-Organizational) at the rank of assistant or associate professor, starting August 1, 2027.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate I-O courses, supervise student research and theses, and develop a robust research program, with areas of specialization open. The role supports the university’s Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness.
