Job description
The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at UW-Whitewater seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Philosophy specializing in Social and Political Philosophy, beginning August 2027. The position is full-time with teaching undergraduate courses, including the capstone World of Ideas, and contributing to Liberal Studies.
Successful candidate will teach 24 credits annually, participate in advising, research, and service; ABDs may apply with degree completed by Jan 2027; salary starts
