Job description
Auburn University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant/associate professor position in microelectronics, starting Fall 2027. We seek experts in analog/RF electronics, IC design, and 2.5D/3D packaging or heterogeneous integration, with ability to work with information security and ITAR/EAR restrictions.
The candidate should excel in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, pursue external funding, mentor students, and publish results in scholarly venues.
