Job description
Furman University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor of African Francophone Studies to begin August 1, 2027. The successful candidate will join a thriving French program with rapid growth and strong teaching commitments.
The candidate will engage students at all levels, develop courses in African Francophone studies, coordinate study abroad as needed, and contribute to undergraduate research and Furman Advantage initiatives.
