Role Description : The Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jupiter, FL, responsible for driving adoption and growth of CCDx’s CellSight™ platform across a defined geographic territory. This position involves building and managing relationships with oncology clinics, hospital systems, and diagnostic partners, including regular in-person visits, product demonstrations, and strategic account planning. The Territory Business Manager will educate clinicians and key stakeholders on the clinical value and workflow integration of CCDx solutions, support onboarding and training, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs. Daily activities include territory prospecting, pipeline management, sales forecasting, participation in conferences or local events, and providing feedback to marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
Background in healthcare sales, diagnostics, medical devices, or biotechnology, with experience managing a territory or portfolio of clinical accounts.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage clinicians, administrators, and other decision-makers in complex scientific and business discussions.
Ability to develop and execute territory business plans, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Comfort with explaining technical or scientific concepts and collaborating closely with clinical, laboratory, and commercial teams.
Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage travel, on-site meetings, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in oncology, liquid biopsy, or molecular diagnostics is highly desirable.
Willingness to work on-site in Jupiter, FL, with regular travel within the assigned territory as needed.
