Stretch-n-Grow Franchising in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Director to oversee day-to-day operations, team, school relationships, program quality, and territory growth. This role serves as the primary operational leader, ensuring programs run smoothly and coaches are supported and held accountable.
The Director partners with ownership, manages daily needs, builds strong schools, maintains staffing, coaching, scheduling, and drives revenue and enrollment growth across all Stretch-n-Grow programs.
