Job description
T-ROC (The Revenue Optimization Companies) is seeking a territory field representative to support growth across your assigned territory, helping improve revenue and profit. You will work on the ground with Agent store leaders and coordinate with regional and HQ directors to ensure KPI success and brand alignment.
This role centers on field sales enablement for our indirect Agent channel, driving launches, training completion, incentives, and promotions to maximize territory performance.
