Job description
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Mobile, AL. You will close sales within a defined territory, participate in training, and sell HR solutions to both new and existing clients, helping them optimize benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.
Daily duties include prospecting, setting appointments, and managing multiple sales processes through to implementation, driving rewards through compensation and incentives tied to performance.
