Territory Manager — Life Sciences
Southern California | Remote | West Coast Territory | Uncapped Commission
Join a global industry manufacturing leader for an exciting proven sales hunter to drive growth across the West Coast Life Sciences market.
We’re looking for a Territory Manager who thrives on winning new business, building strategic relationships, and selling innovative water filtration solutions to laboratories and life sciences customers.
The Opportunity
Own and grow a multi-state West Coast territory
Develop new business with life sciences laboratories and end users
Partner with channel and distribution sales teams
Identify high-value targets and close new opportunities
Build and expand relationships with key customers
Deliver consultative solutions that address customer needs
What We're Looking For
3+ years of successful quota-carrying, new business sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Distribution/channel sales experience
Experience managing a large, multi-state territory
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Self-driven, competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel locally and overnight
Life sciences, laboratory, scientific equipment, or water filtration experience is a plus.
