Job description
Philip Morris International, via Swedish Match (PMI U.S.), is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead a field sales team and drive execution of retail strategies. This player-coach role combines leadership with direct account management to grow sales, distribution, and promotion across the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in retail or related sales, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
