Job description
GEICO is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth of agency relationships and GEICO-affiliated products within a defined area. You will oversee policy development and execution to expand agency partnerships and profitability.
The role requires the ability to recruit, train, and manage agents, translate national initiatives to local goals, and monitor performance while ensuring adherence to company policies. Travel within the geographic area is required.
