Job description
DSI in Abilene, Texas is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales and people development in a retail territory. You will onboard RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to stay sharp and lead by example.
You’ll hit company goals while building a high-performance culture, travel across the Abilene area, and manage weekends as needed. Base salary plus commissions provided.
