Job description
DSI Systems, Inc. in Newington, CT is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across an assigned retail area. You will onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to hit company goals while cultivating a high‑performance culture.
The role requires 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership, driving results and developing people. Travel across the Newington area and weekend work may be required.
