Job description
DSI in Newington, CT is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across an assigned retail territory. You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to model best practices.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in wireless or multi-unit retail sales leadership, a proven track record of hitting sales goals while developing people, and strong skills in analyzing performance metrics.
