Job description
DSI Systems is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across a retail territory in Victoria, Texas. You will onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to model best practices.
You will monitor KPIs, interview and hire staff, approve payroll, and promote a positive, high‑performance culture across stores. This role requires travel across the Victoria area and weekend work; base salary is $50k with uncapped commissions.
