Role Overview

Fibertech Plastics is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to grow revenue across repair and refurbishment services, seasonal refurbished seed box sales, agricultural products, and distribution accounts.

This is a growth-focused field sales role—not a traditional account maintenance position.

You will prospect, cold call, travel the territory, develop dealer and distributor relationships, expand existing accounts, and open new opportunities across agricultural, industrial, and commercial markets. You must be comfortable building relationships in the agricultural community while also managing larger distribution accounts, pricing discussions, proposals, negotiations, and senior-level customer relationships.

Success will be measured by new business development, year-over-year sales growth, territory expansion, and growth within existing accounts. The commission structure directly rewards new revenue and sales growth.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven hunter who enjoys opening doors, developing a territory, and building new business.

You should be comfortable:

Cold calling, prospecting, and introducing yourself to new agricultural and commercial accounts

Building relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, co-operatives, and channel partners

Presenting pricing and growth strategies and negotiating larger commercial opportunities

Following up consistently, winning opportunities, and growing the relationship after the sale

Best suited for someone energized by growth, independence, field sales, relationship building, and the ability to influence their own earnings.

Duties and Responsibilities

Repair & Refurbishment Business Development

Develop new repair and refurbishment opportunities across industrial gas, agriculture, food and protein handling, material handling, and commercial markets.

Prospect and cold call new customers while growing existing repair accounts.

Build the economic case for repair versus replacement and develop customer-specific proposals with operations.

Maintain a disciplined HubSpot pipeline and report activity, opportunities, and conversion progress.

Refurbished Seed Box Sales (Seasonal – Mid-November through Mid-April)

Manage seasonal sales of refurbished CenterFlow-style seed boxes, prospecting new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Build relationships with seed companies, co-operatives, agricultural dealers, and other buyers.

Coordinate inventory, lead times, and customer commitments with operations while building repeat seasonal business.

Agricultural Product Line

Grow sales of Fibertech's agricultural products, including seed boxes, mineral feeders, bunk feeders, stock tanks, and related products.

Develop and grow relationships with agricultural dealers, distributors, co-operatives, farm retailers, and other channel partners.

Understand customer needs, identify new market opportunities, and represent Fibertech at relevant agricultural events.

Distribution Account Management & Growth

Own and grow distribution relationships across industrial, commercial, and agricultural channels.

Prospect, pursue, and onboard new distribution partners while expanding existing accounts.

Lead pricing, account planning, and demand-generation efforts to increase revenue and sell-through.

Build relationships across customer organizations and partner with internal support staff on high-volume accounts.

General

Meet or exceed revenue and sales-growth targets while maintaining a strong pipeline.

Travel regularly throughout an assigned multi-state territory, including overnight travel as needed.

Independently manage customer visits, prospecting, follow-up, and territory priorities with professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

5+ years of outside sales or account management experience in industrial distribution, material handling, commercial supply, manufacturing, or related B2B markets

Proven ability to manage and grow a diverse book of business, including both new business development and existing account growth

Experience with distributors and channel partners, including distributor economics and downstream demand generation

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills across customer organizations

Self-directed and organized, with the ability to independently manage a complex territory, pipeline, and CRM activity (HubSpot preferred)

Agricultural familiarity is a plus; industrial, commercial, or material handling sales experience is equally valued; regular and overnight territory travel required

What We Offer

Base salary starting at $70,000, plus uncapped commission, with target total annual compensation of approximately $100,000–$120,000+

$600 monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement for qualifying territory travel

Comprehensive product and service training, direct visibility to senior leadership, and a growth-oriented environment

Company-paid life insurance, 4% company 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision insurance, voluntary insurance options, PTO, and paid holidays
