Job description
DSI Systems Inc. invites an energetic Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance in a Bossier City retail territory. You will onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell each week to stay sharp and lead by example.
You’ll be accountable for hitting company goals while building a high-performance culture. The role requires 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership, plus strong coaching, interviewing, and KPI analysis
