We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive and support the commercialization of our innovative catheter technology across the Southern California sales territory.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote AngioSafe medical devices.

Provide product information, demonstrations, and clinical support to healthcare professionals.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to leadership.

Stay informed of industry regulations, product innovations, clinical developments, and the competitive landscape.

Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.

Attend medical conferences and industry events to develop relationships with potential customers and key opinion leaders.

Minimum 7 years of medical device sales experience, including direct experience selling peripheral vascular or endovascular interventional devices used in PAD procedures.

In-depth knowledge of vascular anatomy, disease states including PAD and CTO, and procedural workflows.

Established relationships within the Southern California market with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and/or interventional radiologists strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience navigating Value Analysis Committees (VACs) and supply chain.

Ability to manage office-based labs (OBLs), ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), and hospital accounts.

Demonstrated business acumen with consistent overachievement of sales quotas in capital and/or disposable medical device sales.

Ability to execute strategic territory planning, identify high-potential accounts, and displace competitive products.

Skilled in physician education and procedural case support in Cath Lab and/or OR settings.

Demonstrated ability to independently support live peripheral vascular interventions, guiding physicians step-by-step through device preparation, deployment, and troubleshooting during PAD procedures.

Ability to train physicians and staff on device use and procedural integration.

Strong aptitude for troubleshooting during live cases.

Comfortable discussing device mechanism of action and clinical data with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Experience with competitive economic selling, including ROI modeling and reimbursement knowledge.

Understanding of the competitive landscape, including wires, atherectomy, IVL, CTO crossing devices, balloons, and stents.

Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a demonstrated ability to open new accounts, not simply maintain existing business.

Resilient and effective in long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

High-energy, credible presence in the lab and confidence interacting with KOLs and participating in clinical discussions.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally nationally for key meetings.

Team player who is coachable and committed to continued professional development.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with inherent initiative.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
