Job description
DSI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Missoula, Montana to lead sales performance across a retail territory and coach RSAs. You will visit stores weekly, drive in-store execution, and personally sell to meet company goals while building a high-performance culture.
You will train and onboard RSAs, analyze performance metrics, interview and hire when needed, and ensure timely payroll while promoting a positive team environment.
