Job description
We're partnering exclusively with a well-established building products manufacturer seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, and Kentucky.
This is a hunter-focused sales leadership role for someone who can develop new business, expand existing accounts, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and create pull-through demand with builders.
Highlights:
Remote – qualified candidates can be based within 2-3 hours drive of Nashville, TN
Skilled in cold outreach, pipeline generation, and converting prospects into high-value, long-term accounts through trust and relationship building.
70%+ travel throughout the territory
Dealer, distributor and homebuilder relationships highly valued
Up to $100K base + 50% production bonus + car allowance
Established brand in the residential building-products industry
