Regular and predictable attendance is required.
The selected candidate will integrate propulsion test execution requirements and resources to conduct pressure testing and clean room operations. This role will primarily collaborate with leadership, propulsion test management, test engineers, and internal/external customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the development and tracking of performance metrics, tracks trends, and works with leadership to develop action plans
Aids in development of test execution plans including resource allocation, top-level schedules tracking equipment and floor space usage, test support requirements, and near- and long-term program milestones
Improves communication and collaboration through status updates on current testing and cleaning activities in relation to upcoming test activities
Supports the development, creation, and maintenance of test and cleaning documentation required for test execution
Tracks current and upcoming test phases and statuses of cleaning/testing activities to meet program need dates
Coordinates and collaborates with propulsion test management and engineers on a daily basis
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
7+ years of experience in test laboratory operations
7+ years of experience performing propulsion testing in one or more of the following areas:
Propulsion systems
Pressure and fluid systems
4+ years of experience with precision cleaning of hardware
