Test Engineer | Caledonia, MI
Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Caledonia that are seeking Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Analyze test data, identify trends, and report defects to development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and strategies.
Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
Configure and troubleshoot test equipment and fixtures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in developing, executing, and documenting test plans and procedures for electromechanical systems.
Strong understanding of data acquisition, analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
Experience with programming languages like Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation and scripting.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
