Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all production and repair test activities in support of assigned products.
Author or edit procedures and documentation through change management process directly related to products.
Design, develop, and implement cost‑effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products.
Work with assigned operations personnel to establish test plans and support completion rates for test work cells.
Transition test solutions between factories during product acquisitions.
Interface with management to present program status, capital requests, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with RF required.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making.
