Test Engineer | Walker, MI
Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Walker that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test systems.
Perform root cause analysis on product failures and manufacturing defects.
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and testability.
Document test procedures, results, and provide clear reports.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production lifecycle.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3+ years experience in test automation development and deployment within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test script creation.
Strong understanding of manufacturing test methodologies, including functional, in-circuit, and boundary scan testing.
Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
