Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 tech support on troubleshooting and failure analysis for server, rack, storage, GPU products
Provide guidance of test plan for new products
Verify scripts from software development team and give green lights for deployments
Improve test plan and test script to improve efficiency
Make improvement on coding and reduce UI and labor cost
Maintain reporting tool/website from test DB
Globally support test escalated issues
Leadership: provide technical direction to testing engineering team
Hiring and retaining test engineer talents
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in server, rack, storage, GPU industrial products
Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL required, PHP preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
