Job description
Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking a Test Lead to own the test strategy for Programmable Logic Cores and to drive production test solutions across multiple ATE platforms. You will work with design, systems, and manufacturing teams to optimize test cost and quality.
The role requires 3+ years of Test Engineer experience with ATE (J750HD, Teradyne Eagle) and hands-on board design for ATE testing, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
