NOW HIRING: TEST TECHNICIANS — 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT ⚡
Looking for a technical career with a growing manufacturer? Champion Personnel is recruiting Test Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift located in Portage County!
Our client manufactures mission-critical power equipment used in environments where reliable power matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, electrical systems, and figuring out how things work.
1st Shift
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
That's a 4-day workweek with Fridays off!
⚡ What You'll Do
As a Test Technician, you'll work with manufactured electrical equipment to help ensure products operate correctly and meet quality standards before they leave the facility.
We're especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in areas such as:
Electrical/electronic testing
Electrical assembly or wiring
Troubleshooting
Reading schematics or technical documentation
Electrical or electronics education
Manufacturing test environments
Military electrical/electronics experience
Technical school graduates and candidates looking to build a long-term career are encouraged to apply.
