Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.What You Will DoConduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies.Document test procedures and results accurately.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Maintain and calibrate test equipment.Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions.This is a 1st shift, onsite position.Qualifications You Must HaveHS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environmentExperience with testing equipment and software.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We PreferExperience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions.Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment and technical proceduresWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
