This company offers long-term career opportunities for skilled technicians looking to apply their testing and troubleshooting expertise in a growing organization.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Test Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.25 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies and finished products using established test procedures.Document test results, findings, and product performance accurately in company systems.Troubleshoot basic electronic and test-related issues to identify defects and determine root causes.Follow quality standards, test protocols, and work instructions to ensure product reliability.Use computer systems and testing equipment while handling small electronic components with precision.Test Technician Qualifications:Prior electronics testing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing experience required; this is not an entry-level position.Must have basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to follow test procedures, document results, and identify product issues.Candidates must successfully complete a technical assessment as part of the screening process.Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
