Job description
Callaway Golf Company seeks a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast (Texas) to lead the US regional sales team and drive revenue growth across channels. Based in Texas, you will develop sales strategies, hire and coach reps, and optimize performance using dashboards and analytics.
The role requires 10+ years in sales with golf industry experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and the ability to build relationships with Head Golf Professionals and other strategic partners.
