Job description
Cardiovascular / Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Healthcare employer in Abilene, Texas seeks to hire a Cardiovascular / CardioThoracic Surgeon. Candidate should be board certified/board eligible. Practicing and experienced physicians as well as residents will be considered. Generous compensation offering over $615K. Candidates with active TX license and/or ties to the area most desired. Relocation, malpractice, CME, marketing, sign-on bonus and stipend and student loan can be offered.
Employment available
18-month income guarantee of $767,007 + lucrative incentive program
$25,000 contract execution payment
Relocation and house hunting allowance (up to $20K)
Potential student loan repayment
$2,000/month training stipend until the completion of training
Full benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Retirement, 30 days a year of DTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)
$2,000 Texas license fees reimbursement
Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
Continuing medical education - $5,000 per year and five paid days per year
