Job description
Dry Force Corp in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth across Texas within the HighGround portfolio. You will drive BD strategy, sales enablement, and coaching for BDRs, shaping partner engagement with plumbers, HVAC pros, and property managers.
You will manage cross-location teams, roll out campaigns with centralized marketing, and optimize performance through data-driven KPIs, with up to 50% travel across TX.
