Job description
Harbor Health in San Antonio, TX seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multi-specialty clinic as a clinical leader in primary care. You will collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within our payvider model.
Responsibilities include patient interviews, exams, orders, medications, referrals, health maintenance visits, documentation in the EMR, and participation in clinical committees and quality initiatives.
