Job description
Armed Services YMCA El Paso seeks a Regional Development Officer to drive philanthropic revenue across Texas, engaging donors and partners, cultivating major gifts, and securing support for programs serving military families. This role reports to the VP, Development and requires intrastate travel within Texas.
The successful candidate will implement regional fundraising plans, manage donor portfolios, and collaborate with program staff to align funding with mission priorities.
