Job description
Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Texas region to lead strategy, operations, and partnerships across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
This role aims to grow annual revenue from about $14 million to over $55 million, launching 55–60 new programs while ensuring program quality and strong superintendents relationships. Texas remote role with up to 40% travel; base salary $160k–$190k plus up to 30% bonus; relocation support
